Typically, standard shipping takes between ten to twenty business days, starting from when your order is confirmed. Please be aware that business days exclude weekends, public holidays, and times when tropical cyclone warnings are issued. During peak periods, such as promotional events or holiday sales, delivery times may take longer than usual. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to change the delivery address, and options for scheduled delivery are unavailable.

There are several factors that can affect the time it takes for your order to arrive. Delays can occur due to extreme weather conditions, high order volumes during busy periods, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or temporary stock shortages. If any issue arises that could impact your order, our customer service team will inform you as soon as possible and provide regular updates about the status of your shipment.

We offer free shipping on all orders and aim to deliver as quickly and efficiently as possible. If we are unable to complete the delivery after two attempts, the order will automatically be canceled, and a refund will be processed to the original payment method. To help you track your shipment, we provide an order tracking system where you can enter your order information and monitor the real-time location and status of your package.

Occasionally, unexpected issues can arise that affect shipping. These include limited stock availability, delivery addresses located in remote areas, PO Box addresses (which we are unable to deliver to), or errors during payment processing. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at officialfuggler@outlook.com. Our team will guide you on how to return the incorrect product and arrange a refund. In the case of receiving the wrong size, we can help you return the item and place a new order for the correct size.

If your package is missing, first check the estimated delivery window and confirm that the shipping address you provided was accurate. If the package still hasn’t arrived, our support team will work closely with the carrier to locate it and will advise you on the next steps. If the item cannot be found, we may send a replacement or issue a refund.
